You don’t have a guarantor living in France?
Thanks to the Studapart guarantee, Studapart acts as your guarantor for the entire duration of your rental. To be eligible, all you have to do is submit your ID and proof of admission to the platform.

Applications for CROUS accommodation can be made on the dedicated website, without going through the student social welfare application.
Lokaviz is a CROUS platform for renting rooms and studios in private homes throughout France.
STUDEFI offers 23 residences in the Ile-de-France region to enable you to live as close as possible to your university. If you are interested, please send an e-mail to karima.khoutaif@univ-eiffel.fr with your full name, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as the two residences you are interested in. The Accommodation and Employment Officer will send your application to the person in charge who will contact you.

AMLI is a residence located in Bry-sur-Marne that provides students with studio apartment rentals. You can apply directly on their website.
Espacil Habitat is a residence located in Chelles which offers 65 rentals for students. You can apply directly on the residence website.
Fac Habitat offers a residence in Meaux and a residence in Noisy le Grand. Here you will find a variety of accommodation options for students. The application for accommodation is made directly on the website of each residence.
Résidétape is a residence that offers several accommodation solutions in Bry-sur-Marne and Val d'Europe.

Accommodation subsidies
You may be entitled to financial support for easier access to accommodation:
VISALE (Visa pour le Logement et l'Emploi) is a rental deposit granted by Action Logement. It guarantees the payment of rent and service charges to your landlord in the event of non-payment. The service is free of charge, and is designed to facilitate your search for accommodation by providing a guarantee for the landlord.
LOCA-PASS allows you to obtain a zero-interest loan in order to pay your security deposit.
APL (Aide Personnalisée au Logement) is a financial allowance designed to reduce the amount of your rent. It is paid on the basis of your housing situation, regardless of whether you are single, married, with or without dependants. The conditions of allocation differ depending on whether you are renting or living in a home.
DossierFacile is a government organisation that helps users to compile a compliant and secure rental application to facilitate their access to housing in the private sector.
Young people and their parents are often at a loss and lack information when it comes to looking for student accommodation for the first time.
The role of the organisation:
- Protect the personal information of prospective tenants (and their guarantors) and thus combat identity theft
- Tackle excessive requests by some landlords
- Support and inform young people and their parents throughout the rental process
- Reassure landlords through verified application files
- Remove obstacles relating to digitalisation of the sector

At ESIEE Paris, the restaurant service is operated by the CROUS and is accessible to all students of the university. The university restaurant is open for lunch, Monday to Friday, as well as a corner café and an express self-service restaurant.
